By purchasing, accessing, or using services provided by Mob Media Entertainment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Mob Media Entertainment provides digital streaming-related services, account services, support, and reseller services. Available features may vary depending on the plan or package purchased.
2. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.
Account credentials should not be shared beyond the limits permitted by the purchased plan. Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
3. Billing and Renewals
Services are billed according to the billing term selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for maintaining an active subscription and completing payment by the applicable due date.
Unless otherwise stated, expiration or non-payment may result in interruption or termination of service.
Prices, plans, and available features may change. Changes will not affect amounts already paid for an active billing period unless otherwise required.
4. Refunds
Because Mob Media provides digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated or delivered.
If you experience a service or billing problem, please contact Mob Media Support so the issue can be reviewed.
Any refund or account credit issued by Mob Media is determined on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Service Availability
Mob Media works to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, network conditions, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Mob Media services for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale, account manipulation, interference with the service, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Mob Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
7. Reseller Accounts
Resellers are responsible for managing their own customers, purchases, credits, and account activity.
Reseller status does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or ownership relationship with Mob Media Entertainment.
Resellers may not misrepresent themselves as Mob Media Entertainment or make guarantees on behalf of Mob Media without authorization.
8. Support
Customer support is available through the Mob Media support system.
9. Changes to Services
Mob Media may update, modify, replace, or discontinue features when necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or operate its services.
Where appropriate, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant service changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mob Media Entertainment is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party failures, customer equipment, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside Mob Media's reasonable control.
11. Termination
Mob Media may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or activity that threatens the security or operation of the service.
Customers may discontinue service by allowing their subscription to expire or by following any cancellation options available through their account.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The current version will be published on the Mob Media website with its latest revision date.
Continued use of Mob Media services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
